The Secret Life of Pets Plot:

Do you have pets? Dogs, cats, maybe birds? Have you ever wonder about what your pets do when you leave them home alone? From the director of Minions and Despicable Me 2, The Secret Life of Pets will bring you to the adventurous journey of the pets.

Max (Louis C.K.) is a Terrier dog lives in an apartment in Manhattan. Katie (Ellie Kemper) is Max's owner who always loves to play with him. Max also tries his best keep the apartment tidy. Max is not the only one who lives in the apartment, there are Mel (Bobby Moynihan) a pug dog, Chloe (Lake Bell) the obese cat, Gidget (Jenny Slate) a white Pomerian, among others. They have their own habit when there's no owner around. Take Chloe, for example, she often steals meals or leftovers from the refrigerator or Buddy (Hannibal Buress) who loves getting massages by a mixer.

While most pets doing all the juicy things, Max is quite different, he always waits for Katie in front of the door. Till one day, Katie gets home and brings a surprise for Max. It is a new dog named Duke (Eric Stonestreet), he is a Newfoundland dog. Duke is adopted from a dog shelter and soon becomes a part of the family. Despite his cuteness, Duke hates Max. He would love to steal foods and taking over his bed. Max can no longer stand it and start a revenge on him.

Duke who wants to get rid of Max, drags him out to the passageway in where the wild cats reside. Max and Duke are terrified and suddenly fled out, but they get caught by a man from the shelter as they dont wear a necklace. Out of the blue, a cute rabbit rescue them and bring them to its swamp. Max and Duke eventually know that they are going to become slaves for the white rabbit, Snowball (Kevin Hart). They have to figure out a way to fight against Snowball, who has the intention to ruin every living pets.


On the other hand, all friends of  Max are trying to track them with a help from Tiberius(Albert Brooks), an eagle and an old basset hound, Pop (Dana Carvey).

Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates is about two brothers in the urge of finding the right dates for their sister's wedding. Who wants to skip the family's big day? Nobody, indeed. And so do Dave (Zac Efron) and Mike (Adam DeVine) Stangle, the duo troublemaker in Stangle family.

Wherever they go, Mike and Dave will only cause disasterous scenes. This scares their parents. Mike and Dave are now an adult, but still slopy and childish. To prevent them from making scenes, the parents allow them to come to Hawaii, where the wedding will take place, but with one condition: they must bring their girlfriends over.

One thing that bothers Mike and Dave the most is that they don't have girlfriends, they are obviously singles. The fact that they are good-looking males with athletic build, doesn't make them the perfect boyfriend materials and most women avoid to have serious commitment with them. Mike starts to lose his mind 'til finally, he decides to seek for the smart and well-educated women to come to Hawaii, through a reality tv show, The Wendy Williams Show.


The show interests Tatiana (Aubrey Plaza) and Alice (Anna Kendrick), since the two girls are dying to spend holidays in Hawaii, but they don't qualified the Stangle's requirements. Pretending to be smart and respectable women, they fortunately get the chance to go to Hawaii. However, when they are all in Hawaii, Mike and Dave surprise that Tatiana and Alice behave nothing like they expected.

Good news for all who craves for thriller movies! The US-production movie, Nerve, will be fun to watch on holiday. Produced by Allison Shearmur’s production house, the movie is going towards psychological thriller genre. Well, the title has likely given us some hints about the entire plot.

The movie starts with a teenage girl under a virtual name, Vee, cautious about a popular online game among students around her age, the online Truth or Dare. Curious, she decides to sign up and play. The game leads her to dangerous acts. The tasks for Vee to complete, somehow treat her and the people around her. Until she realizes that the game is controlled by an anonymous group called "the watchers". Could Vee actually fling from the life-threatening tasks without knowing what she actually deals with and what the watchers will do to her life.

The Truth or Dare as a game online challenges whoever feels dauntless to complete dangerous tasks. From jumping off of the hill down the river, taking a selfie while riding a bicycle on the top of a building, asking for a ride and sit on a skateboard. The players on ongoing tasks should record videos of their actions and show it to the audiences via the game apps. In return, players will get paid for each completed tasks. This is where the story begins, Vee signs up for the game, her first task is to kiss a stranger, named Ian, whom she met in a bar. He then asks her to dare taking many tasks, including riding a high speed motorcycle in the center of the city. Once, they enter a clothing store and leave wearing nothing. They lose their wallets, get a tattoo, kissing, even Ian has to lay down on the railway til the train passes it. All the tasks seem to be gratifying in the beginning and perhaps, make them closer. In the end, there is a vast dangerous scene that has to involve the police and hysteria of the people, that threatens both Vee and Ian. Vee has been challenged and forced to shot a bullet through Ian. Will she do it to complete the task?


Nerve has been expecting since 2014. At the time, the two directors who famous for their thrillers, Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, rumored to be working with the writer Jessica Sharzer. They announced to film Nerve, a mystery novel by Jeanne Ryan. In the following year, Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman have cast Emma Roberts and Dave Franco as the main stars for Nerve. Several Hollywood actors also joined on the casts, including Kimiko Glenn and the rapper, Richard "MGK" Baker. Kimiko Glenn will play as Vee's bff who concerns about her complex situation.

The production of this movie is based on New York, starts from April till June 2015. Nerve will be released in July 2016.

Another  dance-drama movie, Breaking Through, is coming from  the hollywood movie industries that proves the genre strongly attracts young audiences. John Swetnam who acclaimed for his work as the writer for Step Up: All In,  has been chosen to direct and write for the screenplay of Breaking Through. Beside the catching story, the movie casts talented actors, such as  Sophia Aguiar, Jordan Rodrigues, Robert Roldan, Taeko McCarroll, Marissa Heart, Jay Ellis, Bruna Marquezine, Les Twins, Anitta, and Poreotics.

Breaking Through shows a story about a young talented girl,  Casey Wright (Sophia Aguiar). Casey, not only gifted with amazing dancing skills, but is given a chance to start her career as soon as her viral video on YouTube successfully catches many viewers. Casey formerly works in an electronic shop until she is approached by Quinn (Jay Ellis), a man seeks for new talents. Quinn. with no joke, comes and offers her popularity, money, and a new life supports by sponsors that interest in her dancing skills.

Long story short, Casey takes the offer. She gets her own dancing tour, money and many fans that adore her, but these things dissociate her from her personal life, family and friends. Casey starts to have conflicts with her family and friends, until she realizes that she  has to get everything straightened out before it's too late.
